Jon is a Certified Residential Real Estate Specialist specializing in Condos and Single-family sales, Investment properties and Rentals in the Metro Boston area. Jon has received top production awards in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Jon is a member of The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Board of Realtors and The Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In addition, Jon is a member of Top Agent Network, an off-market network, consisting of the top 10% of agents in Metro Boston.

Having grown up in Boston’s Back Bay, Jon has a deep understanding of the city and surrounding areas. Drawing on his knowledge and adoration of Boston, Jon focuses his real estate efforts on the city he knows intimately. Jon practices a strict code of ethics and standards of practice. Jon Kumin spent the first half of his career with working in Research Equity Sales providing investment research to Hedge Fund analysts and Portfolio Managers. Jon held the Series 7 and Series 63, financial licenses. Jon’s deep understanding of investment analysis and market conditions, have seamlessly translated into real estate advisory.

Working with buyers, owners and sellers of Investment Properties is a large percentage of Jon’s real estate business. My analytical background from working on Wall Street, plus the years I spend breaking into the real estate business as a rental broker and then as top sales broker, has provided me with the tools to be one of the best and most analytical investment property specialists in the Boston real estate market.

Jon focuses on Sports and Entertainment and has been the preferred real estate agent to work with the NE Revolution. He has also worked with personnel from the New England Patriots.

When Jon is not working, he most enjoys spending time with his family and his Golden Retrievers. Jon is also an avid Boston sports enthusiast, and loves everything to do with the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots. Additionally, having lived in Back Bay, Brookline and Newton, Jon knows these markets intimately and is one of the best resources available to help you navigate the real estate market.
