Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences is slated to open its 147 guestrooms and 146 residences in 2022. The 35-story, LEED Gold development will be the first mixed-use property in North America for Raffles Hotels & Resorts. Raffles Boston will bring to the Back Bay a ultra-luxury level of glamour and style previously unseen in the Boston market. Residences will range from one to three bedroom homes, with floor to ceiling windows, high end finishes and hardwood flooring. Raffles will feature 16 gathering spaces, including six food and beverage venues, a two-story Sky Lobby, a state-of-the-art Raffles Spa, an indoor pool and fitness center, a magnificent rooftop garden terrace lounge.

Raffles is world-renowned and known for best-in-class hospitality and it will be one of the premier buildings in Boston. This $400 million project, is developed in a joint venture between Trinity Stuart LLC – a partnership between two Boston entities: developer Jordan Warshaw’s The Noannet Group and hotelier Gary Saunders’ Saunders Hotel Group – alongside Cain International, the privately held investment firm led by Jonathan Goldstein. Accor, the Paris-based parent of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, is the hotel management partner, and Madison Realty Capital is providing construction financing.
